Colgate Enamel Health Toothpaste $0.99 at Kroger

June 18, 2015 by Tara Kuczykowski Leave a Comment

Try new Colgate Enamel Health Toothpaste for as low as $0.99 at Kroger with the Mega Sale going on right now and this printable coupon!

Colgate Enamel Health Toothpaste (4-oz.), $1.99
(wyb 5 participating items thru 6/23)

$1/1 Colgate Enamel Health Toothpaste printable
As low as $0.99 after coupon and Mega Sale!

Colgate recently sent me a fun little kit that demonstrates how this new toothpaste formulation makes for healthier teeth! The rough tile on the left is what our teeth can look like with daily wear and tear. The tile on the right is what our teeth look like when they’re smooth and strong.

As you can see, it’s much easier to write on the rough tile, which demonstrates how germs are more likely to stick to your teeth when your enamel is rough. Colgate Enamel Health Toothpaste helps get your teeth smoother, so that germs are less likely to stick!

But don’t take my word for it… For just $0.99 right now, why not give it a try for yourself?

Disclosure: I received samples of Colgate products to facilitate this post, all opinions are my own.

Buzzle Ball | The New Puzzle Challenge!

August 26, 2014 by Tara Kuczykowski Leave a Comment

I’ve loved puzzle games for as long as I can remember. I don’t recall when I got my first Rubik’s Cube, I do remember getting a Rubik’s Magic for Christmas when I was 8 years old… I loved that thing and played with it frequently — until I wore the wires out.

My 11-year-old son is very much the same, and he’s always loved any type of game or device that challenges you to solve some a puzzle. So when Walmart asked if any of my kids would be interested in trying out the Buzzle Ball, I took one look and knew he’d have a ball with it (no pun intended, lol).

The Buzzle Ball is similar to the Rubik’s Cube in that you twist it, trying to align certain colors, but that’s where the similarity ends. The Buzzle Ball is obviously round, but it also adds a ring around the outside, adding another dimensional challenge. The pieces twist in all directions, making figuring out how to align them difficult to say the least.

In fact, we’re still attempting to solve it a week later! I mixed the Buzzle Ball up for my son after we first received it, and apparently I did a very thorough job on it, because my husband, my son and I’ve all tried it on and off to no avail. We’ve all come very close, but those rings seriously throw a wrench into the mix!

But honestly, that’s what we love most about the Buzzle Ball. It’s a fun little puzzle game that’s ultra portable, very challenging, which stimulates and engages the mind, and you can pick it up and put it down at will. Add in the fact that it’s made in the USA, and it’s definitely a product that I feel good about purchasing for my kids.

The Buzzle Ball will be available in Walmart stores this month priced at $19.97!

Win-It Wednesday: Dyson Air Multiplier 10-Inch Desk Fan

July 14, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting 24-hour giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!

This is no ordinary fan — obviously. In fact, did you even realize that it IS a fan?

This is the new Dyson Air Multiplier Table Fan, and while you’ll definitely have to pay a good amount for this revolutionary technology, there are some very valid reasons why you should give it some consideration when making your next fan purchase:

  • Notice there are NO blades — The Dyson Air Multiplier technology does not require blades to generate a steady stream of air. We don’t use traditional fans around our children because of the dangerous, fast-spinning blades. When I was younger, I leaned back over one of those old fans with the metal blades. It immediately sucked my long hair up in it, pulling out a good section of it, so while I learned the hard way, we’ve chosen not to expose our children to them at all.
  • It’s super easy to clean — After a few days of use, traditional fan blades and the fan casing become caked with dust, fibers, and pollen. Getting them clean is a major ordeal, but with the Air Multiplier, you can just easily wipe it clean with a damp cloth. This is especially important for households with allergy sufferers.
  • It uses a dimmer switch — Traditional fans usually only have 3-4 speed settings, but the Dyson Air Multiplier allows you to set your own perfect amount of air flow by turning a dial.
  • You can easily tilt it with the touch-tilt feature — Box fans don’t tilt at all, and directional fans can become loose over time, making adjusting them difficult. The Dyson Air Multiplier has a touch-tilt feature that makes directing the air flow simple and easy.

I know some of you that use a fan at night to help you sleep are probably wondering if it’s silent. Well, it’s definitely quieter than a traditional fan, but it still provides a good amount of white noise that will help put you drift off to sleep.

We’ve been thoroughly happy with our Dyson Air Multiplier Fan. Besides being very futuristic-looking and a great conversation starter, it does a great job cooling off a room in a safe manner that’s very important to this mom of five.

One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a Dyson Air Multiplier 10-Inch Table Fan (ARV $299)
