Over the past few weeks, I’ve shared pictures and stories from our family’s recent brunch outings to Einstein Bros. Bagels. Going out to breakfast or brunch isn’t something we do very often since my boys are in school and we have sports activities on the weekends, so we all enjoyed these special treats.

With all of the recent coupons they’ve been releasing, grabbing brunch doesn’t have to be expensive either! This week, “like” Einstein Bros. on Facebook and download a BOGO coupon on bagel thin sandwiches.

    I am a horrible cook…so its always hard boiled eggs for breakfast. That is why we all look forward to weekend mornings. Every Satruday and Sunday we walk across the street and have breakfast at Einstein’s !!! Love it!! Hope to win :)

    My daughters favorite breakfast is oatmeal with frozen bluberries and chocolate milk to drink….. when einsteins was having all those deals i would print 2 coupons, one for me and one for her. we wouldnt go in everyday, but she looked forward to it and i started making it a little reward for potty training as well.. she likes to get her “pnut butter bagel” which is really a chocolate chip bagel. i have no clue why she calls it pnut butter. i get the dutch apple. the einstiens by our house the people are so nice. one guy everytime gives her a high five…she shows the cashiers whatever toy she has brought in… then they ask if they could have her toy and she answers yes for some reason…. we love einsteins thats our favorite place for breakfast because my daughter will actually eat about half a bagel by herself! =)

    My husband and I LOVE to go to Einstein. Whenever there’s a coupon out on Facebook, we know where we’re going on Saturday morning!

    We love the old standard egg/sausage/cheese casserole. Not the least bit healthy but, boy, does it taste good!

    Every Sunday after church, we always go out as a family to our favorite Mediterranean restaurant for brunch.

    I think my favorite breakfast tradition happens on Christmas morning. The night before Christmas…lol. I couldn’t resist adding that part!…I get two egg casseroles ready. One with ham, one with sausage, and put it in the fridge. When the kids wake us up Christmas morning, I put them in the oven. While they bake, we open stockings and gifts, then have Christmas breakfast together. :)

    Sunday mornings are the only time when the whole family gets to eat breakfast (well, it’s usually brunch by the time we all wake up) together. Mom makes her delicious pot stickers and Dad brews some lychee tea. It’s a lot cheaper than going out for Dim Sum, but it’s just as tasty! :)

    On Sundays, we go to the early servie and then home to make breakfast. Our menu always changes, but generally includes eggs. We enjoy getting to eat together as a family since weekdday mornings are always a rush.

    Our tradition is just making and eating lots of food: biscuits and gravy; scrapple; eggs and bacon; french toast and sausage; corned beef hash and eggs.

    My husband and I have a breakfast tradition of making breakfast pizza out of crescent roll dough, eggs, chopped onion, diced ham, and parmesan cheese on Saturday mornings. It is delicious, and leftovers (if there are any) reheat well in the toaster oven.
