Over the past few weeks, I’ve shared pictures and stories from our family’s recent brunch outings to Einstein Bros. Bagels. Going out to breakfast or brunch isn’t something we do very often since my boys are in school and we have sports activities on the weekends, so we all enjoyed these special treats.

With all of the recent coupons they’ve been releasing, grabbing brunch doesn’t have to be expensive either! This week, “like” Einstein Bros. on Facebook and download a BOGO coupon on bagel thin sandwiches.

    I normally cook a big Sunday breakfast for my husband and kids. We also meet once a month where my whole extended family (12 of us) will have breakfast or bruch.

    hmmm…don’t currently have a brunch tradition, though we love going out for a good brunch on sunday mornings…it’s a bit harder, now, though with a baby in the family!

    Saturdays we try to do a big family breakfast unless we have an early baseball game for our son. We are Big Bagel fans in our house!

    I love to sit with my kids in the morning and talk about what they want to do that day. It is fun to hear some of their favorite things! My favorite days are when my husband makes pancakes and we can ALL sit together and talk!

    We only have a big breakfast on the weekend since everyone is on the go during the week…Usually eggs, bacon, toast, OJ..

    We like to used day old bread from an awesome bakery to make french toast…cheap and easy if you use pasteurized egg in a carton…two ingredients!

    My Uncle and I always go out for bagels and coffee when he is in town. Even in hard economic times this was always our treat together.

    Whenever the whole family is together (extended family) we make pancakes. Its not that big of a deal but its just something we have always done.
