Try purchasing your party foods at Aldi. They have alot of good specials and party foods. Also combine manf coupons with the store coupons at Walgreens on snack foods like Chex mix. I got 7 bags from there the other day for about $4.00

When planning a party do everything yourself, especially if you’re crafty! I am planning my first anniversary party and I am skipping the florist and making all the centerpieces myself and I am also making my own cake!

My best tip is to shop for party things at the dollar store, they have the same things as they do at a regular store and you save a lot more!

Plan ahead with a menu of home-cooked goodies….so much cheaper than the store-bought goodies….and taste better too!!

Have everyone bring a dish to share. Doesn’t get more frugal than that!

e all bring our own drinks and a dish and desert that way no one is outa large amount of money. Guacamole is always a good choice since avocados are usually around 80 cents at winco.

Sam’s club! You can pick up easy to fix items that serve a lot of people. Sam’s prices are usually very reasonable. I usually ask everyone to bring a small item while I cook a main dish. Works great!

Probably not that creative, but we save by asking our guests to each bring something! Also, we always watch the sales and plan the menu around them.

I try to make stuff from scratch ahead of time, premade is just usually too pricey.

I think potluck is the best way to go…plus, I always have pre-made sausage balls ready in my freezer!
