My best frugal tip is having a potluck of appetizers. That way, everyone saves money on food that day, and we get to try many different things.

Parties can get so expensive to host- I like to make cost- effective foods, like chili or any “big pot” foods. Generally those feed more people for less money. Also, when someone asks “can I bring something”, say YES! Thanks for the entry- what a great giveaway!

My best frugal tips for game day are to make your own appetizers, there are great recipes at allrecipes.com and if Im ever making mixed drinks, I use lower priced brands of vodka, rum, etc.
