To have a party on a budget,I would first go to the Dollar Tree where everything is just a buck a piece, you can get most of what you need for a party,an I have everyone that comes bring something,be it a favorite dip ,drinks etc,it will help make things go farther

I like to divy up the food amongst the guests. I usually make the main dish or two, but have the guests bring chips, drinks, desserts, etc.

My best tip is to share the financial load. Ask everyone to bring something small so no one bears the brunt of paying for it all!

The best way to save money for parties is to prepare foods/dips yourself instead of purchasing prepared trays. Also, ask guests to bring a dish. You get more of a variety and you have less to clean up at the end of the night!
