    We used real plates an napkins an not paper,I used real hand towels as much as possible an we dont use paper cups we use real ones

    We use scraps of paper for shopping lists, etc. And of course recycle all our junk mail, and other papers.

    During the winter, we use the paper packaging from our food and household items as kindling for our wood fireplace. We heat our home in the evenings by burning wood so that we can keep our thermostat set low at all times.

    I print on both sides of paper (including my son’s old math worksheets) and recycle them once they are used, and I use washable mop cloths and hand towels in the kitchen.

    We recycle everything that is able to be recycled. Makes it easier since we have a curb side recyle system. Again most neighbors do not even do this! Sigh :-(
