Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting 24-hour giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!

As part of the relaunch of their Pregnancy & Parenting site, iVillage recently asked its readers to complete a Married Sex survey. Among the key findings were these interesting results:
- 63% of married women said they would prefer to catch up on an extra hour of sleep, watch a movie or read a book than have sex with their spouse
- 31% of women reported that they had a better sex life before marriage
- 14% of women have participated in sexting, while 17% have sent flirty email messages
- 44% of women said the quality of their sex life has not changed since having kids
- 23% of women have sex 1 to 3 times a month

I hear that a weekly date night is great, but since I never have a babysitter, we drop the kids off with grandparents every 3 months. That way, my husband and I actually get a date weekend! It is much better if you ask me, because you don’t have to rush to get home, etc.

my best tip for couples with kids is this: when i pack my husband’s lunch i do his like i do my kids i leave little notes in it but his a little naughty :) sometimes i will sneak into the bathroom while he is showering and the mirror is steamy and write him a message

Do things often just to let him know you love him. Like, put his towel out in the morning, coffee. Note under his pillow, small things that let him know you still care.

Making date night mandatory whether it be weekly or twice a month. Drop the kids off with relative or friend and spend the evening just the two of you.

My tip is after your children go to bed take some time every now and then to take a bubble bath together. Light some candles and relax in each others arms after a long day. This always brings me and my husband closer together.
