Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!

I’m a foodie at heart, so I love trying out new recipes. When I heard that All You, my absolute fave magazine, was publishing a cookbook, I jumped at the chance to review it. All You Eat Well, Save Big is filled with over 140 meals under $2.50 per serving, this is a fantastic resource for those of us trying to live within a budget. These recipes don’t skimp on meat, and are full of flavor.
I love the fact that the recipes have a reasonable number of ingredients. My eyes just glaze over when I see those ingredients lists that are ten miles long. And I also enjoyed the Smart Tips that are shared throughout the book, giving advice on choosing the perfect pot, quick and easy side dishes, how to pick the perfect produce, and much more.
Of course, what publication from All You would be complete without coupons? The following coupons are included in the back:
- $1/2 Jack Daniel’s Barbecue Sauce or EZ Marinader, exp. 12-31-10
- $1/1 Lea & Perrins Thick Classic Worcestershire Sauce, exp. 12-31-10

I put four to five frozen chicken breasts in the crock-pot, sprinkle half a taco seasoning packet on them and cover them with one of the larger jars of Pace (or other salsa). Then cook it on low for about eight hours. Shred it and put on on tortillas. YUM!

My boys love my BBQ Chicken. I marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce for at least a day then I cook on the stove. I always have to make extra.

For a quick, complete supper after work, we like to make a box of macaroni and cheese as directed; stir in a can of drained tuna packed in water; and add frozen mixed vegetables that we heat up in the microwave first.
