The batteries in my camera died at my daughter’s college graduation ceremony. Thankfully the family sitting next to me had spare batteries with them & gave me a set.

We buy batteries at Costco to save a little money. I hate it when the TV remote battery dies.

We save on batteries by intentionally not have many battery operated items around, especially not toys! I’ve had camera and laptop batteries die at all the worst moments

I buy batteries at Sam’s Club or Costco, because our digital camera uses them so quickly. I also keep spare batteries in my purse with my camera because they seem to die at the worst possible moments.

I would LOVE to win this. My best tip is to use rechargeable batteries. But I’ve also used coupons for brand name batteries in the stores that offer double coupons. I save a lot that way.

I save money on batteries by using coupons with sales (i.e. the Rayovac coupons with Target’s dollar spot) and by making sure I don’t leave battery-powered devices on when I’m not using them. Thanks!

I buy batteries in the value pack – for my kids toys I get the batteries from Dollar Tree! Can’t beat a buck and they actually work well. My camera always dies during an event last one was my little girls Christams Play!

I try to use rechargeable batteries when possible. To save some money. It never seems to fail that my camera batteries die when all of the kids are finally looking at the same time! Lol

The batteries on the kids toys are always dying. I started buying rechargeable batteries to keep from having to buy batteries constantly.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
