I mentioned last week how excited my 3-year-old daughter was for the remastered Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to come out, and she was not one bit disappointed. I think we watched it 4 times the first day and at least once a day every day since. I loved watching her take such delight in a movie that I loved as a child, and I even noticed a few things that were new to me — like the fact that Snow White is wearing clogs at the beginning!

I’m also thrilled that Disney is offering the dual DVD/Blu-ray combination pack. I recently cashed in my Swag Bucks for a Playstation 3 so we now have the ability to view Blu-ray movies in our living room, but we still have the DVD edition that we can pop in the DVD player in our car for those long trips.

    My and my family’s favorite is CARS. My oldest was 2.5 when my husband took him to the theater to see it. I must have heard it in the car 10-20 times before I actually got to sit and see it myself.

    My fav…. Little Mermaid…. The first time I saw it was while I was away at college and I watched it with my now husband. Even better, it is now a fav of my 4 year old daughter too. You may even catch me jamming to the soundtrack in my car sometimes even without my 4 year old in there wwith me :) Great movie!!

    My personal favorite has to be Finding Nemo. I could sit and watch that movie any time. But my best memory would be watching Mary Poppins for the first time with my 3 kids. It just brought me back to my childhood and watching it through their eyes was just priceless.

    Wow, I remember my brother and sister-in-law taking me and my sisters to the drive-in to see Bambi! What fun that was! My little boy wants to be a prince so badly! He loves all the “Prince”ss movies….and Snow White would be a great addition to my daughter’s collection.

    Oh I really, really want this!

    My favorite Disney movie is Alice in Wonderland. I can’t remember the first time I saw it, though I was probably 5-6. I’ve seen this movie many, many times. Just about every time I’ve ever gotten sick and I was sick a lot as a kid.

    Beauty and the Beast!! I love all of the songs in that one, they are fantastic! I can’t wait to share the movie with my 3 year old!
