Here’s my Deal Scenario. It requires you to break up your purchases into 3 separate orders to get the best deal. You will have close to $100 for your Rake in the Savings, but you won’t spend NEARLY that out of pocket!

    Order 1:

    BUY:
2 Huggies Pure and Natural (11.99 per pack at my store)
1 Carmex 3 pack (free after SCR)

    USE:
    $5/25 Rite Aid Coupon
    (2) $2 Huggies Ad Perk Pure and Natural Coupons
    (2) $3 Huggies Pure and Natural Manufacturer coupons

    =$6.99 After Coupons, SCR
= 25.97 toward Rake in the Savings

    Order 2:

    BUY:
1 Huggies Pure and Natural (11.99 per pack at my store)
    1 Pampers Jumbo Pack
1 Carmex plus moisture (free after SCR)

    USE:
    $5/25 Rite Aid Coupon
    (1) $2 Huggies Ad Perk Pure and Natural Coupons
    (1) $3 Huggies Pure and Natural Manufacturer coupons
    (1) $1.50 Pampers Manufacturer-5

    =$12.48 After Coupons, SCR
= 26.27 toward Rake in the Savings

    Order 3:

    BUY:
1 Pampers BIG box (on sale 19.99)
1 Sucrets Throat Lozenges (free after SCR)
1 Sucrets Ice Pop (free after SCR)
    1 M5 Razor ($2 SCR)
    1 M5 Refill (WYB Razor)

    USE:
    $5/25 Rite Aid Coupon
    (1) $3 Pampers Manufacturer Coupon
    (2) $3 M5 Razors

    =$11.97 After Coupons, SCR
= 40.95 toward Rake in the Savings

If you spend $6.81 more (perhaps buy another item that you get FREE with SCR this week) you’ll have your $100 for Rake in the savings. if you do this you will get:

    $10 Pampers rebate
    $2 Razor Rebate
    $20 Rake in the Savings
$10.26 in FREE after SCR items

All Together I spent approximately $50 out of pocket (which I used SCR from last month to pay the $50!) adn I will get almost all of it back in SCR from this month, meaning I got about $100 of stuff for FREE!

Bags of snack/fun size candy are on sale at Rite Aid this week for $1.88. If you use the $1.00 printable nestle coupon (listed under Target for this week) then bags of KitKat and other Nestle candies will only cost $0.88! What a steal!

Already went once this week to cash in on the Olay Rebate, but here is my scenario for trip #2 which I am pretty proud of…

    (3) Airwick Freshmatic Starter Kits (assuming they still have some)
    – On sale for $6.99 – use (3) $6.00 off coupons = $.99 each

    (1) Compact Airwick Freshmatic Start Kit
    – On sale for $4.99 – use (1) $4.00 coupon = $.99 each

    (1) Tide Stain Release Gel Packs
    – On sale for $3.99 – use $1.00 coupon ( CVS blinkie) = $2.99
    PLUS get $1.00 SCR

    Product Total: $29.95
    Total After Coupons: $6.95
Use $5.00 /$25.00 purchase Rite Aid coupon
Register Total: $1.95 plus the $1 SCR for the Tide makes this transaction a total of $.95 out of pocket!!!
Plus register the receipt for the Fall of Savings Program

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
