I mentioned last week how excited my 3-year-old daughter was for the remastered Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to come out, and she was not one bit disappointed. I think we watched it 4 times the first day and at least once a day every day since. I loved watching her take such delight in a movie that I loved as a child, and I even noticed a few things that were new to me — like the fact that Snow White is wearing clogs at the beginning!

I’m also thrilled that Disney is offering the dual DVD/Blu-ray combination pack. I recently cashed in my Swag Bucks for a Playstation 3 so we now have the ability to view Blu-ray movies in our living room, but we still have the DVD edition that we can pop in the DVD player in our car for those long trips.

    my fav is probably the little mermaid. when we were little, my cousin’s and i use to go through my gma’s house acting out the movie and singing the songs at the top of our lungs. my poor gma! lol.

    I know it fits perfectly, but my favorite has always been Snow White. I think I’ve liked it because she is the opposite of me with short, straight, black hair. I have always had long, blonde,curly hair.

    My all-time favorite Disney movie is The Lion King. It came out my senior year of high school and I saw it 9 or 10 times just in theaters, again when it was re-released for IMAX, and countless times on video.

    My favorite disney movie is Cinderella. I remember that they released it 21 years ago when my daughter was born.

    It’s not easy to pick a favorite movie from Disney. They are always so encapulating. The music is probably my favorite part and so many wonderful songs have come out of them. The songs from the Lion King are beautiful, so I would have to vote for this one!!!!

    Definitely The Little Mermaid! I remember loving the “Kiss the Girl” scene when they’re in the boat on the water! So romantic. Ohhhhh the memories :)

    I would say my 2 year old’s favorite is anything Pooh related, but she loves Nemo too, or “momo” as she calls him =)

    My all time favorite is Snow White! My daughters is Cinderella! lol So it’s funny when we talk about disney princesses, she’s one and I’m the other :)

    My favorite Disney is Nightmare Before Christmas, although they had to share the rights with Paramount too. Right now my two year old is mesmerized by Woody and Buzz. We watch Toy Story 1 and 2 numerous times throught the day, everyday.

    My all time favorite is The Wizard of Oz. I can’t rememember how young I was but I do remember when I was little, always getting a bath Sunday night, sitting by the fireplace while my Mom combed out and dried my hair and watching the Wonderful World of Disney on tv. Every Sunday night I was introduced to a new adventure and the Wizard was the best one of all. I have it on VHS at my home and I watch it at least 2-3 times a year, on Sunday nights, after a good hot shower.
