The Dollar Store! Paper products can really add up, but you can always find them at the Dollar Store. And if you need those disposable aluminum pans, they always have a HUGE selection of them – and $1 each sure beats the $3 each at the grocery!
Julie
I like getting chicken wings from the local supermarket. They’re usually cheap for the super bowl and make tasty snacks.

Potlucks are always the cheapest. Then the cost is little for everybody instead of a lot for one.

Frugal Party Tip: Dig into the stockpile! I always try to come up with creative treats using what I have on hand. Parties aren’t something we budget into weekly groceries, so I always try to pull from what I’ve got on hand and buy as little as possible.
Thanks for the giveaway!!!

Guests always want to bring something, so I often will have a list of items that they can bring. Alcohol is usually pricey, so I will often request a bottle of wine, beer, etc.
Paula
Go potluck. Most people actually enjoy being able to bring something to the party. :)
