I’ve mentioned before that we have a tradition of buying our kids new jammies that are a present from Mom and Dad that they receive on Christmas Eve, so I was able to pick up five pairs of fleece pajamas (2 pink and 3 green) from Land’s End. These should make for some cute Christmas morning photos!

I was lucky enough to get 25% off and free shipping, so that left me a decent amount to spend at my next stop, Kmart.

I was able to pick up the last two items we needed for our two oldest boys’ main gift of the year — a PlayStation 3 courtesy of saving up my Swag Bucks! I had just enough to score this cool metallic blue PS3 controller and the component cables to hook it up to the TV.

I honestly had no idea that Sears gift cards could be used anywhere else other than Sears prior to working with them on this project. Being able to shop multiple stores is not only convenient, but it makes a Sears gift card a good choice for a family gift because you’re sure to find something for everyone between the four stores you can use it at.

    Just a few months ago I have discovered the beauty of online shopping! It is so simple, no stress (I have 2 toddlers that I take shopping with me when I do go to the store!!) and lately I have been able to save a lot shopping online!!

    I prefer the real store. I have to see the product in person. I also, don’t want to pay for shipping, or other fees for the same thing I can just buy at the store.

    I prefer shopping online for electronics and toys, but still love the brick and mortar stores for clothes. If i order clothes online, i end up taking or sending them back most of the time.

    It really depends on what I’m looking for. I purchase things like books, CD’s, perfume for me, and clothes for my kids online. When it comes to shoes, jewelry, phones, I prefer to shop in the stores to see, feel, touch and try on ;)

    I prefer to shop in-store. This way, I can verify the quality of an item…I only shop online if I can not find the item in-store in the size/color/etc. that I want.
