My kids love pinwheel PB&J sandwiches for lunch, and we can turn around and use them for fajitas at dinner and still have an enthusiastic response. But one of my favorite recipes is so simple and easy, it’s really not even a recipe at all…

Store-bought tortilla chips just don’t hit the spot for me. I want warm, flaky, flavorful tortilla chips, and this is so easy to do with Mission Tortillas!

Just take a stack of Mission Tortillas…

And slice them into wedges with a pizza cutter…

Spread them out on some non-stick cookie sheets, and then pop them into a 350-degree oven for about 9-10 minutes.

Mix up some homemade guacamole while you’re waiting, and here’s the end result:
