I’m confused by how to redeem this. I signed up for a new account and created a key chain, but it’s in my cart at full price. I went to my credits and offers and clicked redeem for the key ring, but it just takes me to the home page. Any ideas? Thanks for sharing the deal! It will be perfect for my mom if it works out.

same thing happened to me…can only purchase the key chain at original price even though in my credits on my account page it says I qualify for a free key chain.

I tried to do this, too, and I can’t figure out how to get it for 3.99.

It looks like there’s some kind of glitch right now. I’d recommend signing up now so your account has the free code, and then email them to let them know that it’s not working correctly. You’ll have five days to redeem it, but today is the only day you can sign up to get it.

I am having the same problem: I have the credits for free stuff on my account but I can’t get it to show on my order before handing over my credit card info. Has anyone had success with this?

According to the “deal of the day” thing on my account, the deal of the day today is free shipping on holiday cards. How do we get the credit for the keychain if we are already a member?

I just called customer service and she told me to go ahead and place the order at full price and she put through a credit for me for the keychain. They are open late tonight so give them a call. =)

    Thanks for posting this.

I just signed up and had the same thing happen (full price key chain at check out) an interesting note though, upon sign up I was also given a “free coaster set” & the code for that did work. I’ll email them to see if the key chain code will work as well.

OMG. I was just on the phone with customer service for no less than 25 minutes (I set my timer)… she just couldn’t understand what I was explaining. Wow – it was like talking to a brick wall. I told her that she just didn’t understand what I was trying to explain to her and that I was going to hang up and call back to get someone else that might understand me. She had me explain it one more time and finally, FINALLY, processed it and then credited the $18.99. That had better be one snazzy key ring! :)

I just placed my order! The credit wasn’t working for me, either. So, I just clicked on “live chat”, and the customer service rep. was able to credit my account right away. When I checked out, there was a $18.99 credit, and I paid just $3.99 for shipping.

Well, had to sit thru ten minutes of Live Chat and go thru the check out process via PayPal, but she did credit my account immediately (but only for $19.01, and I was charged $25.11, so it was a little more than $3.99 but still a nice price for a cute keychain!)

I sat through the chat, checked out with Paypal, and customer service person said I’d be getting my paypal credit immediately, but I haven’t received it yet.

i had trouble with the pricing also, of course this was after i’d spent well over two hours uploading and editing photos. however, after following all of y’alls advice and participating in the live chat, it was fixed. hopefully it will be a nice keychain, i guess i can’t complain too much about something that was virtually free!

I went through Live Chat too and they had to credit me once I gave them my order number. I also ordered the coasters with no problem.

I had to chat with a second customer support person to get my refund, but I did get it. I managed to get my teenage son and daughter to pose together for a keychain picture, so I’m pretty happy!!

So, if you have a Snapfish acct already, the deal won’t work, correct?

These codes aren’t for Snapfish, instead they are for shutterfly, but if you enter the code PRINTS before tomorrow you get 75 free 4×6 prints, BORDERSOFFERPC will get you 25 free prints, and BORDERSOFFERPP will get you a free 8×10 photo collage poster. The only thing you have to pay is shipping. I ordered 75 prints and got the collage poster for $5.48.

I just created a new account under hubby’s name to get this deal and I also had a set of 6 coasters for free as a credit in there as well as the keychain and 70 free prints! I just ordered the keychain and coasters and the coasters came up free but not the keychain. I did the live chat and they credited me back $19 for the keychain, they wouldn’t credit the tax for whatever reason but thats okay its still a great price for it. Like $11 got me all of it! Great CS!
Do the live chat…so much easier than the phone!

Thanks Jessica C.! I just added the codes to my shutterfly account and although it wouldn’t let me add the PRINTS code for 75 prints (bummer) it did let me add the one ending in PP which is good for either the 25 free prints or the 8×10 collage poster. Thank You!

I didn’t add the PRINTS code to my account, I applied it to my cart when I was about to order the prints.
