Hey all, I just got this to work! Initially it showed the full price and I selected the “online chat” for assistance. The person advised once you’ve entered all your cc info the screen should show the reduced price. Granted a few minutes has passed; but when I tried it again it WORKED! Great gift for $4!

Never call Snapfish, their customer service is horrible, I had hard time once with some pictures and it was a lengthy call with about a million times of repeating myself for her to understand. For me it is not worth a key chain.

It looks like you have to pay the $18.99 right up until you click how to pay… once I hit the paypal link it showed up as free. Weird. No way am I going to pay $19 for a keychain : ( glad it worked.
