Stouffer’s Let’s Fix Dinner Blogger Roundtable

stouffers-logoI’m literally on my way out the door, but I didn’t want to leave without letting you all know I’ll be gone for a couple of days. I’m headed to Solon, OH for a blogger roundtable with Stouffer’s to share information about their new “Let’s Fix Dinner” initiative.

Just take a look at the video below. I’m absolutely amazed at what their research has uncovered – simply getting the family together around the table for dinnertime several times a week has tons of positive benefits!

Cutest Kid in AmericaOf course every mom thinks her kids are the cutest of them all . . . but maybe yours really is! This is my 2-year-old going on 3-year-old who thinks she’s going on 16 years, and I think it’s a pretty darn cute pic of her.

Parents magazine is holding their annual Cutest Kid contest. Submit your favorite photos for a chance to win a spot on the cover of the November 2009 issue of Parents magazine. Plus, everyone can enter for a chance to win $10,000!

There are two categories, 3 months to 2 years and 2 years to 6 years. Deadline for entry is June 24th, 2009.

That’s my ornery 15 month old who gets into EVERYTHING but is such a sweet and lovable Mama’s boy that I can’t help but forgive him.

What the heck – how can a mom choose? I’ll just have to search my photo albums and enter all four of my kiddos that are in the right age range!

I’m so excited to announce that next week I’ll be launching the Deal Seeking Mom Forums as an additional resource for my readers to find even more great coupons, deals, giveaways and more. Mandi from Organizing Your Way will be my Forum Administrator, and we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes to pull everything together.

For now, we’re looking for 25-50 people who would be interested in beta testing the site this week so that we can work out any kinks before the official launch on Monday, April 27th.
