Tyson’s Frozen, Grilled and Ready Chicken Breasts and Strips are the perfect go-to for a quick and fast meal. The chicken is fully cooked, 98% fat free and also free from preservatives! They can be found in the freezer aisle of your grocery store and can go from your freezer to your table in minutes. They are perfect for the family on the go.

I asked my friend Shaina from Food for My Family for some ideas on how she’d incorporate these into everyday recipes. She suggested adding them to the top of your favorite salad, using them for a quick quesadilla lunch, mixing into your favorite pasta and sauce recipes (Shaina’s is Mediterranean pasta) or the ever-popular chicken alfredo combination, using it to top a homemade pizza or making a chicken salad. They are definitely a versatile item to have around for meals.

    I would use it for chicken noodle soup. My girls love my soup. I use different pastas and sometimes add matza balls for myself! yum

    The kids would love them any way they were prepaired. We have to tell our daughter that everything she eats is chicken or she says she doesn’t like it!

    We have pizza and movie night on Fridays. The kids like plain cheese, but I always jazz up part of the pizza with grilled chicken strips and mild pepper rings for my DH and me. These would make life easy! :-)

    These would be great to toss on a salad. I would also use them on alfredo pasta dishes.

    I would like to try the recipe I saw in with the coupons the other week where you take French Fried Onions & make a batter & bread the chicken & bake it. Sounds delicious!

    I WOULD SPRIKLE LEMON PEPPER SEASONING ON THEM AND AFTER THEY ARE DONE I WOULD BRUSH THEM WITH WARM BBQ SAUCE. THIS IS DELICIOUS.

    My Son’s favorite Subway Sub was the Chicken Pizziolla. Subway doesn’t make them anymore, but I can at home! Slice this chicken into strips and warm in spaghetti sauce, spoon onto a bun and sprinkle with mozarella and parmesan cheese.
