We have reusable plastic straws that we always have to bleach because they are hard to keep clean. These seem like they would be much easier to deal with! We probabaly have about 10 straws that we use.

We use at least 21 per week, my daughter has a tremor in her hands (essential tremor) so raising a cup to her mouth is difficult, using a straw is easier for her and there is much less spillage!!! She is 13 now and will probably be using at least that many straws her whole life!

my husband and i use 14 a week and mil and son use 7 each, so we use @ least 28! i sometimes put mine in dishwasher but hubby will only reuse very thick straws like the ones from travel cups, so this would be great for us!! (@ least i do recycle all of our used staws)
