One of the most common questions I get about stockpiling is, “How do you manage your stockpile?” Frankly, this is something I still struggle with. My kitchen pantry is relatively small — certainly not large enough to house a stockpile that will sustain a family of seven. We have additional shelving, as well as an extra refrigerator and deep freezer in the garage, but I’ll admit that it’s difficult at best to keep tabs on everything.

The hardest part of keeping my pantry organized is the stuff stacked on the floor at the bottom of the pantry.
