My husband is not a big fan of fish, but he’s willing to give it a try every so often. So I fully expected him to turn up his nose at the fish entrées that Sea Cuisine sent us to sample. Surprisingly, he really enjoyed the Mediterranean Crusted Salmon and White Wine & Herb Shrimp. I don’t think he’ll ask for it frequently, but it will definitely add some variety to our menu in the future.

Now my kids loved the Potato Crusted Cod. It has a very mild flavor that appealed to their picky palates. And I happened to love the Tortilla Crusted Tilapia. Note that it is very spicy though, so if you’re not into the heat, it’s probably not the variety for you.

    I love pesto with whole wheat pasta (made with fresh basil from the garden!) with shrimp and flaked salmon. Topped off with fresh parm and diced tomatoes its a perfect summer meal that can be served hot or cold!
