Win-It Wednesday: Robby Wash for a Year (2 Winners!)

April 21, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting 24-hour giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!

Aside from the fact that doing laundry for a family of seven is a lot of work, it also gets pretty darn expensive! So I was thrilled to try out the Robby Wash ball which claims to replace up to 75 lbs. of traditional laundry detergent, enough to last the average family a full year. While I have no doubt it won’t last nearly that long for our family, I’ve still been very pleased with my Robby Wash ball so far.

There’s no more goopy measuring cups or trying to figure out just how much detergent to use for a specific load. You just toss the Robby Ball in, and it takes the place of traditional detergent. I also like that it’s hypoallergenic and ecofriendly.

Robby Ball features:

  • 10 ounces of Robby Wash replaces 75 lbs. of traditional laundry detergent – environmentally friendly.
  • One Robby Wash lasts up to 12 months.
  • It will save more than $100 over 200 washes — one Robby Ball is only $32.95 and lasts one year — a money saver.
  • It is eco-friendly, hypoallergenic and safe — commonly used in Europe with baby laundry (as well as adults’ laundry) — no harsh chemicals.
  • Used in Europe for years — third party tested, proven and guaranteed to clean better than traditional powder laundry detergent.

Robby Wash comes in two formulations:

  • The blue Robby Wash ball can be used in either cold water or hot water while maintaining the softness and colors of washed items.
  • The fuchsia Robby Ball is formulated to specifically clean colored laundry items and is for use in cool water temperatures.

Robby Balls can currently be purchased through Oransi for $32.95.

Two Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win one Robby Wash Blue Laundry Ball and one Robby Wash Fuchsia Laundry Ball.

To enter, tell me what feature you like most about Robby Wash.

I also have a family of 7, though one is in college. I like the whole concept! If it would eliminate bottles of detergent that would be great!

    Thanks!

I love the fact there is no measuring, with HE front loader washer that I have now, I have such a mess with the measuring cup since I buy the big bottle, where the cup is separate and does not drain back into the bottle.

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
