March 10, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!

Their Originals are soft-soled shoes for children age 0-24 months. Their Flex line are flexible, rubber-soled shoes for children age 1-6 years. Finally, the Couture line features head-turning styles for your little princess. The new pediped Spring/Summer Collection introduces 60 new styles to the market.

Three lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win one pair of pediped Originals for a boy or girl in the size of your choice. Style will be selected by the company from the new Spring/Summer 2010 Collection.

Most important is comfort and ease of walking, second to that is prettiness because my 2 1/2 year old is always happy to put on pretty shoes and not so willing to put on less snazzy ones and last but not least, good straps/buckles of some sort so they don’t slip off and get lost when she’s riding in a grocery cart or stroller.

I look for durable shoes. But I also look for stylish ones. Some types of toddler shoes are so ugly. I like the ones that look like grown up shoes but sized down for the wee ones.

First, I look for the cute & trendy looking shoes, then I look for flexibility, safeness and the overall comfort of the shoe, finally I look at the price.

Hmm, what I look for right now is just how cute they are. =) My son is only 6 months old so I haven’t got to looking for functionality yet!

I look for shoes for my boys that are designed well for growing feet and newer walkers. I also appreciate quality materials that will last and not break down and cause ouchies. Finally, I look for style!

I have no idea what to look for…..this is my first child and I’ve never had to buy shoes. :) I guess right now since she’s starting to walk….I’m looking for anything that can help her with that….so I guess things that will be comfortable and durable. :)

I look for durability and their ability to go with many different outfits. Also, anything my 15 month old deems “pretty pretty.”

    Something durable and comfortable!

For my little boy (1 year old next week!) I look for shoes that are easy to put on (velcro), versatile in style and affordable. At this age they only wear shoes for a couple of months before needing another size. I can’t bear to spend a lot of money on shoes that will barely get any wear on them before they are too small.

I can’t afford a huge number of shoes for my toddler so I usually look for shoes that have many uses for her. We’ve used Pedipeds since she was an infant & they help in this are. Shoes that are casual & cute that can be worn with pants/jeans on a walk. Where the same shoe is fashionable enough where you can dress it up & it can be worn to church! Not to mention -durable! Toddlers are tough!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
