Win-It Wednesday: pediped Originals (3 Winners!)

March 10, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski

Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!

pediped Footwear is one of the fastest growing children’s footwear brands in the United States. Launched in 2004, pediped carries three lines of child-friendly shoes. Their Originals are soft-soled shoes for children age 0-24 months. Their Flex line are flexible, rubber-soled shoes for children age 1-6 years. Finally, the Couture line features head-turning styles for your little princess. The new pediped Spring/Summer Collection introduces 60 new styles to the market.

Three lucky Deal Seeking Mom readers will each win one pair of pediped Originals for a boy or girl in the size of your choice. Style will be selected by the company from the new Spring/Summer 2010 Collection.

To enter, tell me what you look for when choosing infant and toddler shoes.

Of course, it’s a bonus when they’re adorable like these, but the most important thing is fit and comfort.

Definitely price, seeing as they only wear them for a season (if I am lucky). Also, durability is a great factor!

What I look for when buying shoes for my 1 year old daughter, is flexible soles! She’s just learning to walk & I want the transition to be easy & comfortable for her. Hard soles are not ideal for new walkers, so we’d LOVE to own a pair of Pedipeds!

I adore PediPeds. My daughter isn’t full-fledge walking yet, so the flexibility in the sole is a must for me. Thanks for the chance to win!

I look for sturdy shoes. I want shoes that will not slip off of my toddler’s feet while running around & playing. I want shoes that will not leave blisters on the sides like some sandals do. I also look at the price because my children grow out of shoes very quickly and i can’t afford to pay $50 / pair every month! :)

price & comfort is what I look for! and of course cuteness ;)

I look for comfort, style, and price for infant shoes. I’m a huge fan of Pedipeds. I just love their shoes! They’re the best infant shoes out there.

I look for a good fit with the right price and a little room to for the foot to grow into without having the shoe fall off.

I look for quality; something that won’t fall apart in a week. Also I want it to be comfortable for my daughter and safe (something that doesn’t have a slick bottom since we have hardwood floors). And of course cuteness does factor in. :-)

I look at price, but I definitly have always looked at quality as well. I generally only get shoes from Stride Rite or other supportive brands (on sale of course!!). If I get something that matches an outfit its usually just for church or something and she doesn’t wear those for ‘play’.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
