    It may cut back on using so many paper towels when wiping up water spills to just run the towel under the warm water to clean it up abit and then hang it on the dish rack or wherever to dry. You may have to use another towel meanwhile the other is drying.
    Another idea for using so much toilet paper depending on what the cleanup would be, cut up cotton panties(no longer useable) into squares. They make great cleanup cloths. You can either throw them away after using or even throw them in your laundry for another cleanup job.

    We’ve been using more rags and less paper towels, and using reusable bags instead of paper. I also print my coupons on the back of junk mail! :-)

    I have been wanting to try this line, but my store doesn’t accept the free coupons that come out so I haven’t been able to. I hope this is my chance!

    We try not to print anything unless necessary, and don’t buy a lot of paper towels instead use tea towels. We also try to recycle everything we can.

    1) Recycle, recycle, recycle. We have gone from multiple bags of trash every week to 1 bag of trash and multiple bags of recycling. Practically everything can be recycled – paper ( once you used both sides), cereal boxes, oj cartons, mail/catalogs, plastic fruit containers, plastic bags/packaging the graham crackers come in…
    2) We teach our kids about recycling by allowing them to recycle any redeemable bottles and keep the money as their “allowance” for doing this chore. They think it’s fun, whil learning a valuable lesson and the price is right for mom and dad.

    We used to be huge paper towel users but have really cut down and actually have only been using Marcal Paper Towels because of all the awesome deals..

    I also save all the excess paper after printing coupons to use as scratch paper and my shopping list paper..

    Basically just try and get the most out of everything.

    My household stopped using paper plates and we also reuse printer paper as scrap or to reprint on. Also considering to shred other types of paper and use as compost.

    I bought cloth napkins to help cut down on paper towel usage. One set i bought had space on the tag to write, so i made a napkin for each person in the house. The kids love it and want to use their own napkin at meals. :o)
