    I love them with fresh strawberries and whip cream. My kids love traditional butter and syrup.

    I make pancakes a lot in my house! We usually have mashed bananas in them. Sometimes, I will use pureed pumpkin or chopped apples. I always add wheat germ, flaxseeds, and vanilla protein powder to them. They may sound gross, but my kids love them, and I feel good about adding in some extra nutrients without affecting the taste. To control the sugar involved with syrup, we use the sugar free varieties, which are pretty decent. And I always make a double batch! One batch with three kids and a hungry husband is never enough!!
