    My favorite way to eat pancakes is with lemon butter and sprinkled with powdered sugar…yummmmm!

    i use the box mix and add a tsp. of baking powder to make them more fluffy and add mexican vanilla and cinnamon…sooooo good!!!

    I am an email subsriber. When I was little, my dad used to make me his special chocolate chip, Mickey Mouse pancakes with whipped cream. I felt like such a special princess. It was a Saturday morning tradition, that I have now passed on to my prince and princess!!

    My son and I have pancakes atleast three times a week…sometimes blueberry pancakes, but mostly just plain.

    I love pancakes with different fruit in them, but the best is with peanut butter and syrup, mmmmmm.
