Friday night is pizza night around here. Some weeks it’s takeout, sometimes homemade, and sometimes frozen, but no matter how it arrives at the table, pizza night is a weekly Kuczykowski family ritual that we all look forward to.

Last week I served new Freschetta FlatBread pizzas as our entree. Freschetta was kind enough to send our family an awesome pizza kit which included free coupons to sample Freschetta pizza, along with a pizza stone, pizza cutter, and an oven mitt to make our kitchen feel like a real Italian pizzeria. I’ve been coveting a pizza stone for some time now, so I was especially excited to prepare our FlatBread pizza with it.

Our pizza tastes run from simple to more exotic, as can be expected in a large family, so we decided to taste test the 5-Cheese, Pepperoni, and Roasted Garlic & Spinach varieties. Of course the cheese got the thumbs up from the kids, pepperoni appealed to my husband, and I especially loved the garlic. But one thing we all agreed upon is that the thin and crispy flatbread crust was what really makes this pizza special.

    We usually get the little cesar’s hot and ready $5 pizzas and the cheesey bread. Yummo!

    We will order out to our local pizza place or make homemade. Pizza is a favorite in our family.

    We either make homemade pizza, which my 4 year old daughter loves to do, or get delivery. Either way it’s yummy!

    I like to make my own pizza crust in the breadmaker. I sometimes make my own sauce.

    I also like to buy frozen pizza. just tastes better than takeout and often is cheaper!

    It just depends on everyone’s schedule – we either make homemade pizza’s, buy frozen or order carry out and watch movies or sports on tv. (Three “men” in the house – sports channel is always on lol)

    We have pizza nite, every other friday. My husband works offshore 7 & 7 so we either make pizza together or order out. I would love to find a good quality frozen pizza that my family would eat. We always watch movies with the pizza!

    During the summer we usually do pizza night with the neighbors on fridays we either order in or 1 of us will cook enough for all. We eat outside and then the kids play and we unwind

    Friday night is ALWAYS pizza night. I used to be delivery, then the children got older we would go to a local pizza joint but since I quit my job it is whatever deal we find at the store.

    Our pizza night usually coincides with family movie night. Pizza then the family piling on the couch for a movie. Love it!

    We love pizza so much that pizza night comes pretty often. We eat pizza, hang out, and watch the tube.

    We ususally have pizza on Saturday night. Ours is normally frozen since we live to far from pizza places to buy any (by the time we would get it home it would be cold). Sometimes we do have homemade. I am with you desiring a pizza stone forever.

    I like to make my own dough & freeze it for when we have pizza night. Same goes for the sauce. It’s a nice “backup” plan when my scheduled dinner plans fall through. It’s better to have a frozen pizza waiting for you that doesn’t require the work, though!!

    We eat pizza on Pizza night. Sometimes it is homemade, sometimes frozen, and sometimes we get Little Caesars $5 Hot and Ready Pizza.

    When we have pizza, we either cook from frozen, make homemade, or order from Dominos or Marco’s (I love Marco’s, but they’re a little pricey).

    Pizza is a favorite at our house. Sometimes it’s the large (very large! 3 lbs!) take-out from down the street for $10, and sometimes it’s made at home with whole wheat dough from the grocery store and whatever we have to top it with!
