Fashion Playtes is a cool new site that lets girls aged 6-12 years design their own clothes. Can you imagine the feeling at that age of wearing something you designed yourself? The easy-to-use online platform allows kids to add accessories like ribbons, graphics and ruffles to their clothing items. There is even an option to make a personalized label that will let everyone know who designed it!

    Watching the Olympics I remember I always wanted to be a designer of skating outfits. i had oddles of drawings of outfits. I need to dig those out!!

    I wasn’t that interested as a girl, but once I married I began to sew some of my own clothes. It was a fun creative outlet!

    I would love to design my own wardrobe. I even had a set of “Fashion Plates” when I was a kid–do y’all remember those? I don’t enjoy sewing adult clothing, but I do design and make dresses for my girls. My 10 year old would love this site!
