AfterSoles and CitySlipsCitySlips and AfterSoles
Like many women, I love wearing high heels, but inevitably after a few hours of dancing, I’m ready to take them off because my feet start hurting. CitySlips and AfterSoles are the perfect solution. They fold up compactly enough to fit in the smallest of purses, so you can just whip them out and slip them on — instant comfy footwear anywhere!

More About CitySlips and AfterSoles
Susie Levitt and Katie Shea developed the concept for CitySlips while living in New York City and attending NYU. With drive and determination, the pair consulted friends, professors and established professionals to make their vision a reality during their senior year of college.

I probably only have about 15 pairs of shoes now, but when I was younger I think I was up to about 60 at one point.

So weird – twice today I have heard of these, for the first time! I prefer style, as long as I’m not completely dying.

I’m all about the style…I will admit I’ve had bruised feet after a night of dancing in heels, but at least I looked good doing it!!!

I pay more attention to style most of the time. I have way too many shoes to count them all!

  22. Marcie

    February 3, 2010 at 4:48 pm

Of course I want a shoe with both style and comfort, but no matter how cute a shoe is I won’t get it if it’s not comfortable.

I work at a shoe store so I have about 55 pair’s of shoes. I usually buy comfortable shoes, but they are still stylish.

I need to go for comfort (even though I have more than 3 pairs of shoes, it seems I use the same ones until they wear out). When I’ve gone for style and didn’t think about comfort, I only wore the shoes once maybe twice because my feet hurt soooo bad I could imagine putting them on again no matter how “cute” they might have looked.

comfort. i’m not big on shoes so i don’t own many besides the necessaties.

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
