Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting several 24-hour giveaways throughout the day to give you plenty of chances to win!

I’m a foodie at heart, so I love trying out new recipes. When I heard that All You, my absolute fave magazine, was publishing a cookbook, I jumped at the chance to review it. All You Eat Well, Save Big is filled with over 140 meals under $2.50 per serving, this is a fantastic resource for those of us trying to live within a budget. These recipes don’t skimp on meat, and are full of flavor.
I love the fact that the recipes have a reasonable number of ingredients. My eyes just glaze over when I see those ingredients lists that are ten miles long. And I also enjoyed the Smart Tips that are shared throughout the book, giving advice on choosing the perfect pot, quick and easy side dishes, how to pick the perfect produce, and much more.
Of course, what publication from All You would be complete without coupons? The following coupons are included in the back:
- $1/2 Jack Daniel’s Barbecue Sauce or EZ Marinader, exp. 12-31-10
- $1/1 Lea & Perrins Thick Classic Worcestershire Sauce, exp. 12-31-10
- $1/1 Marzetti Salad Dressing, exp. 12-31-10

We love Mexican food. One of our favorites is to put a roast in the crock pot with brown gravy and make burritos out of them. They are so yummy!

My kid’s favorite meal they have fondly named “favorite pasta.” Don’t have a link – but happy to give you the recipe if interested — easy and yummy! (freezes well too)

Sausage & Peppers with rotini noodles. Cook the sausage and add the peppers chopped up with a can of diced tomatoes. Cook the noodles and combine everything together with a cup or two of shredded cheese. Everyone loves it!
