Over the past few weeks, I’ve shared pictures and stories from our family’s recent brunch outings to Einstein Bros. Bagels. Going out to breakfast or brunch isn’t something we do very often since my boys are in school and we have sports activities on the weekends, so we all enjoyed these special treats.

With all of the recent coupons they’ve been releasing, grabbing brunch doesn’t have to be expensive either! This week, “like” Einstein Bros. on Facebook and download a BOGO coupon on bagel thin sandwiches.

    We don’t really have any traditions, but our two favorite breakfast meals are home-made buttermilk pancakes with real maple syrup, and stuffed french toast (stuffed with a lemon-cream cheese mixture.)

    My family actually goes to Einstein every Saturday morning as a tradition. My 2 year old son says “want bagel” on the drive each Saturday morning and my wife and I enjoy the best cup of coffee around!

    I often go to Walgreens and get a little six pack of chocolate donuts for breakfast…It’s all we have around here, and I’m too far behind in the mornings to actually eat cereal or something :)

    I’m a huge breakfast-for-dinner fan, so we have waffles, puffed-oven pancakes, breakfast burritos or some other breakfast food at least once a week for dinner!
