I try to catch them on sale. I bought a charger for our wii remotes and my camera uses a rechargeable battery.
Danielle
I hate batteries. It seems the only time they die is when you need them the most!

I try to buy rechargable batteries to save money, but not sure if that really saves me money since there is such a price difference between rechargables and regular batteries. My camera is constantly dying on me when I need it most.

I’ve stocked up on batteries with the $1.00 off rayovac coupon and during the after christmas sale when they were 75% off at Target. Cameras, camcorders, and cell phones are the most important during a special event and I usually have extra batteries on hand for those since they are rechargeable.
Kris
I try and buy rechargeable batteries. Then I always have a pair and a spare!

I’ve have stocked up using the $1.00 off rayovac coupons for christmas. But, my biggest money saver has to be buying the rechargeable batteries for items that just eat batteries.

Thankfully, my camera & video camera have a reusable battery and/or plugs into my computer to charge. I have used rechargeable batteries and they are so worth it.

I always look for coupons.
One time we were on vacation and my husband caught a really big fish, I pulled out the camera and went to take the picture and did not know that my daughter used it and my batteries were dead.
After that I started putting extra batteries in the case.
