We save money on batteries by buying them at Sams Club. I also use the Rayovac coupons and get them for free at Target.

I try to buy the digital batteries. They are more expensive but last a lot longer. Also, I buy them at CVS and Walgreens when there is a sale or a coupon or I have extra Extra Bucks.

I keep watch on battery prices. I buy quality batteries but wait til they are on sale to buy. Since we tend to stock pile (never know when you need a battery or almost any size) I never worry about running out. Good places to buy batteries include Costco & Walgreens.

Rechargable batteries save us a lot of money.
YES! The batteries in our digital camera died less than half an hour into our Disneyland vacation. We didn’t get to record the best moments :(

We use rechargable batteries…also got in on the target battery deal and I keep them in my closet which is dark and cool…

I use rechargeable (upfront investment pays off) or lithium batteries in compatible devices. My digital camera eats through regular/rechargeable batteries but lithiums last quite awhile!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
