I mentioned last week how excited my 3-year-old daughter was for the remastered Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to come out, and she was not one bit disappointed. I think we watched it 4 times the first day and at least once a day every day since. I loved watching her take such delight in a movie that I loved as a child, and I even noticed a few things that were new to me — like the fact that Snow White is wearing clogs at the beginning!
I’m also thrilled that Disney is offering the dual DVD/Blu-ray combination pack. I recently cashed in my Swag Bucks for a Playstation 3 so we now have the ability to view Blu-ray movies in our living room, but we still have the DVD edition that we can pop in the DVD player in our car for those long trips.
I’ve got a special treat for all of you Snow White and/or Disney fans out there!
One lucky Deal Seeking Mom reader will win a Snow White Limited Edition Collector’s Set, valued at $190, which includes:
- Diamond Edition combo pack
- The Making of a Masterpiece collector’s book

I loved the Little Mermaid. It was the first DVD I got for myself after I bought a VCR while stationed at Camp Pendleton . I am also fond of Beauty and the Beast. I saw that one when I was pregnant with my first son in1992 in theaters. The Disney princesses of the nineties make me happy because they don’t just sit around waiting for the prince to rescue them.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Monstedddr, Inc. The humor in it appeals to both kids and adults. I can watch it 100 times and the jokes still have me on the floor laughing! (not to mention, my oldest daughter looks exactly like Boo!)

I’m a great lover of Disney movies, but I think Beauty & the Beast is my favorite. It was the first movie that my only niece ever saw in the theatre and she was so awed by it! We’ve watched it together on vhs many times as she was growing up, she’s 21 now, and I still have a copy. It brings tears to my eyes every time!

Snow White is actually my favorite! I was so excited to hear that it was coming out on DVD so my daughter can see it! I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters so I love it because it reminds me of how crazy our house was at times! My mom loves to sing so she would always have us singing and dancing! :)
