Kroger recently asked me to give their Kroger brand Deluxe Ice Cream a try. Who would pass up an opportunity for free ice cream?!?

So I sent my husband and older daughter off to the store to pick out a treat, and they came back with strawberry and cookies ‘n cream. The cookies ‘n cream was my fave, but my girls were partial to the strawberry. We all agreed it was darn good high-quality ice cream!

    It’s mint chocolate chip for me. Actually, homemade vanilla is my favorite (a recipe my mom made), but I don’t do that much any more.

    I love strawberry ice cream. I hate cones, so it has got to be in a cup. Sometimes I like toppings, but most times it is just so darn good plain!

    We LOVE Kroger brand ice cream! I think my boys prefer the cookie dough, and my favorite is BUTTERFINGER! (Hubby likes plain ole vanilla.. ha!) We could take in a bowl or a cone.. it’s ALL GOOD either way. ;)

    Mint chocolate chip is my go-to flavor. Butter pecan or raspberry are also great, but then again so are an awful lot of flavors!!

    My favorite is a limited edition flavor of UDF Homeade Ice Cream – Coconut Almond Chip….it is sooooo good…I’ll be sad when they stop making it!

    Theres a little ice cream stand/shack like place near us that sells candy cane ice cream with pieces of real candy cane melted down… its super good.
