Kroger recently asked me to give their Kroger brand Deluxe Ice Cream a try. Who would pass up an opportunity for free ice cream?!?

So I sent my husband and older daughter off to the store to pick out a treat, and they came back with strawberry and cookies ‘n cream. The cookies ‘n cream was my fave, but my girls were partial to the strawberry. We all agreed it was darn good high-quality ice cream!

    My all time favorite is coffee ice cream, but I also like chocolate and peppermint ice cream. I usually just go for simple sprinkles or no toppings. I think ice cream is the best when it is a little melted and creamy. Yum! :)

    Kroger has some pretty darn good ice cream. I’m partial to their Private Select pints of black raspberry with chocolate chunks( I was devastated when Kroger stopped carrying the light version). My kids really enjoy their big ol’ five gallon tubs of Cookies and Cream(I have four starving kid locust hybrids).

    I love Mint Chocolate Chip in a waffle cone, but every now and then, I love a good, old-fashioned hot fudge sundae with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge.

    I am a 3rd generation ice cream addict!! Our family has a rule that we always have ice cream in the house. My personal favorite is anything chocolate-based, while my husband loves cookies & cream, and my daughter loves any green ice cream! We have another baby on the way, and are looking forward to seeing what her favorite will be. We have a 2nd freezer in the garage that always has at least 4 kinds of ice cream in it. I hope we win so we can keep it stocked! :-)

    My favorite kind of ice cream is mint chip. I really prefer my ice cream plain, and so sometimes I’ll just go for vanilla, plain and simple.

    My favorite flavor is definitely chocolate chip! I also like to be bad and put hot fudge on top of it:) So fattening but sooooo good!

    I love the ice cream flavors that have nuts and all in them-bring it on! I love Tin Roof Sundae! I love it in a bowl and maybe with some chocolate sprinkles.

    I have a new favorite…vanilla icecream with butterfinger pieces and caramel syrup mix together! The combination of these are so tasty!!

    I pretty much love all ice cream but chocolate chip cookie dough is probably my favorite… just plain in a bowl works for me… :) but if I’m out and a cone is offered.. I like waffle cones and nuts!

    Any ice cream any way I can get it…but extra chocolate fudge is my favorite in a bowl…i like vanilla in a cone – I like a fudge sundae in a cup!

    My absolute favorite ice cream is Neopolitan in a bowl. I add everything I can find. My fav’s are Ovaltine, a splash of milk, marshmallows, cherries and sometimes chocolate candy. Yum. Now I have to go get a bowl. That made me hungry. :)

    We always get the low fat ice cream and Kroger offers one of the best tasting low fat ice cream we’ve tasted. My personal favorite is Death by Chocolate. Can’t believe this is low fat.

    That’s a difficult question since I love most flavors. Rum Raisin is something I can’t resist…in a bowl! Don’t like toppings usually.
