Are these monthly sales published in the ad or do you have to look through the store to find them? I’ve found my stores don’t label monthly sales very well.

Kay, these deals aren’t in the ad and may or may not be labeled in the store. They’re shared by helpful employees and other readers that stumble upon them.

Tara, I just went to Wags and did the Almay One-Coat mascara deal: Buy 1 @ $6.99- Get 1 FREE. The $4/1 store coupon wouldn’t take off for both, just 1. Would adding some fillers make it take off twice, or is this an automatic since 1 is ringing up free?

rashmi, the $4 off coupon is for the One-Coat, the RR deal only applies to “Pure Blends”. They’re sort of 2 different deals- a little confusing!

Jamie, I just did the transaction w/ the Almay one-coat, bought 2, and it took off $8. I did have other items in my transaction, so I’m sure that’s the difference. Apparently the coupon doesn’t adjust down, it just “drops off” if you don’t have enough in purchases to cover the $1.01 overage.

I just saw the coupon list for the Wags “Diabetes & You” booklet over on commonsensewithmoney.com and saw this:

    Buy 2 get $1 off Nabisco – Triscuit, Wheat thins 10oz, Snackwells 6.75oz, 6pk 100 calorie pk

Could make for some very cheap crackers after mq, wags q and rr!

On the Theraflu, make note it is ONLY for the powder drink. I was disappointed when I saw that. I could use some liquid right now. :-(

Jennifer, I think that coupon might be for a larger size than the 2-pack.

When I bought almay pure blend foundation and one coat mascara.
It was B1G1 50%. Foundation was $.9.99 and mascara was$7.99.
    So I paid $ 9.99 + $7.99 – $4.00 ( 50%) – $4.00 ( one coat mascara coupon) = $10.64. And I got 10RR.

I just did the Alamy foundation deal. I had to use two RR that were expiring today and tomorrow totaling 10.00 and I added one little Christmas cup (.20 with in-ad coupon) to be able to use the two RR. I spent 1.01 out of pocket and I got the $10.00 RR back. I live in California so tax is unfortunately high, but still a great deal!

For Theraflu, is it possible to combine the $2 Theraflu from the Healthy Savings booklet AND the $3 Theraflu 12 packets from the November coupon book? Is the $5 Sale price for the 12 count?

If this works, it would be $0 OOP, get back $3 RR.

OR could you buy sugar free and use the $2 Walgreens coupon from the Diabetes & You (in conjunction with another Walgreens coupon)? I know you can combine 2 Walgreens coupons if one is weekly and one is monthly, but I’m not sure if this works because none of the coupons are from the weekly circular.

How do I convince my manager that the register rewards are for the entire month? I tried the Robitussen one and he looked throught the weekly circular, said it’s not in there and wouldn’t give the RRs. There were no 2go boxes and the week before they substituted with the regular Robitussen.
