i have heard some have them at the front close to the ad or at the registers. i am hearing stories of the $4 ecb not printing and stores having to manually print it for the customers. my manager told me that the $4 ecb would only work if you purchased items in the book. anyone know for sure?

I was at CVS tonight and the manager came over and personally handed me one. Very cool. And I had an awesome cashier! I had printed out that $5/$30 Medicare coupon and my cashier said, “Hey, wanna use the $4 off coupon in this book, too? I’ll let ya!” (Usually my CVS doesn’t let you stack $/$$ coupons). So I ended up scoring 6 12-packs of Coke, the Ice Age DVD, and some misc. other “stuff” for $22. Sweet!

Went to CVS, handed them the $4 ECB card, but since so many other ECBs printed I didn’t realize until while at work that the $4 free ECBs from the catalog didn’t print on the receipt. Went back a few hours later and the manager manually printed them out. He let me know that CVS neglected to put in the catalog that the $4 in free ECBs are supposed to be valid after 11/15. Since that wasn’t printed CVS has been manually printing the ECBs like crazy (at least at mine)

Can you hand this to the cashier before manu coupons? Or does it have to be after all coupons?
