I’ve just started my blog and have a question…What’s the protocol for copy/paste Wags deals from your blog to mine? I don’t want to step on anyone’s toes or offend you. I really appreciate you posting these deals so early!

That’s a fantastic question, Sarah, and thank you for asking! I actually might turn it into a post at some point, but I wanted to answer you now.

Generally it’s frowned upon in the blogging community to do a straight copy and paste of someone else’s work. It’s best to paraphrase it or pull out a few of your favorite quotes or deals (depending on the post), and then include a link back to where the information came from.

A great example is Nichole’s Walgreens post on her blog A Call to Higher Places. I hope you don’t mind me using you as an example, Nichole!

Tanya, I have the $1/1 Glade Candle in my SS 9/14/08 insert from the Columbus Dispatch. It’s right below the BOGO Glade Spray coupon. I also received the $3/1 Scrubbing Bubbles Fresh Brush MAX in the SS 8/7/08. I’m almost positive the SB coupon is regional because most of the lists I’ve seen have the $1/1 listed, but I’m not sure on the Glade one.

Lori, it was also in one of the 9/7/08 SmartSource inserts. I think that perhaps some regions received the $5/1 and some received the rebate.

When I print the playtex coupons they are only for $1 off. Am I missing something? Also, did you post something awile back on either magic jack or on how to cut your cable bill using some online service thing? I can’t remember where I read about those thing but I know it was somewhere and I would sure love to find them again!

Glad you made out so well, Ashley, and thanks for the great tip, Nichole!

Kim, it’s possible that Playtex reached their print limit on the $2 coupons and reduced it to $1 now. Sorry, the magic jack wasn’t me, but that sounds really interested!

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
