    $19.99 blackhead eraser + $6.99 refill kit = $26.98 minus $5 off $20 printable cvs coupon = $21.98 – $5 blackhead eraser coupon – free refill kit coupon = $9.99

    $26.98 toward rebate

Roc is $3 off this week so even if you bought something more expensive it would be awesome with the $3 coupon.

So if you bought something originally $5.99 on sale for $2.99, minus $3 coupon = $0 oop.

    $5.99 toward the rebate

I’ve never priced the Roc stuff but you could potentially have an awesome money maker with the $3 printable and the $3 coupon that came in the paper today (not together, of course).

    :)

Jenny, it doesn’t specify either way. I’m assuming you submit multiple receipts.

Tara I still have a doubt about if we can do it in multiple receipts. When I read the form it states : RECEIPT.
Usually the forms say it in plural …so I do not know…

I agree, to be on the safe side I would do it all on one transaction. I just did another rebate that did say receipts, but this one just says receipt.

I did the Rite Aid deal today and my in ad coupons say “One per Customer” so I couldn’t use 2 like above. But it still came out to $12.79 and I will get $10 back so not bad.

My Walgreens had Roc and Lubiderm and BOGO instead of buy one get 50% as advertised. Of course I had $30 on one receipt and this got messed up but I got alot of great stuff for very little. My Wags was on Dayton-Yellow springs in fairborn.

I was kind of disappointed that our area’s 1/10 Rite Aid circular didn’t have the in ad coupons…. were they somewhere else that I may have overlooked or is this pretty common?

I still got a decent deal with the rebate/manufacturer cpns/$5 off $25 cpn (came out to around $4.50 for 7 items)… but I would have rathered this be a MM for me :)

    thanks!

Did anyone have any problems at WAGS? I bought 2 lg luberderms 4 small lub and 2 clean and clear bottles of facial cleansers. I had the $1 off wags from the diabetic booklet and $2 coupons for each item. I gave the booklet coupon and it took off $6, then none of the Lubriderm coupons worked. The kid argued it said one per purchase and I could only use one coupon. The manager said the same thing. What did I do wrong?

    Thank you

    Hi Lisa,

I am new to coupons but from what I understand, at Walgreens you need to have the same amount of coupons as items being purchased. So, if you have an extra coupon it is always a good idea to buy a “filler” item.

Also, I read somewhere that it is better to always give the MFC’s first and then the WAGS coupons and RR’s.

    Hope this helps!!! :)

I had the same issue as Tina. My Wag’s rang things up as Bogo?? I actually purchased about $40 worth of items before coupons, paid $11+ change total, but at the bottom of my receipt the total for 3 items was deducted instead of 50%. I’m hoping this doesn’t affect the rebate, although I am happy w/only paying $11 oop for many great items!

On the bottom for rebate terms it says to accompany all required proofs of purchase. Does that just mean the recipt? NOt the bar codes ?

I just got back from walgreens and i got 4 aveeno shampoo and conditioners, 1 aveeno baby shampoo, 1 aveeno baby lotion, 1 lubriderm intense lotion , and 1 lubriderm daily lotion for $13.07
I am really hoping i get the rebate. The shampoo and conditioners shelf says $7.49 but from what i can figure they charged me $7.98 each. (i get employee discount so receipt is super confusing) The aveeno baby shampoo and lotion was $5.79 a piece. Lubriderm intense was $4.99 (tiny 1.75 oz) and daily was $3.99 . I wish everyone luck doing this , its so hard to make sure you have $30 worth when things dont ring up right!

For the Rite Aid scenario, it adds up to $29.84 before tax and coupons. I’ve done MIRs in the past that don’t look at the tax, so will tax count toward the $30?

“Purchase excludes tax, trial sizes and cleansing bars. Rebate must be postmarked on or before 2/5/10.”

So the Rite Aid one wouldn’t work since it excludes tax. Someone check my math, though, I could be wrong.

The CVS deal will not work because the Clean and Clear is buy one get one 50% off. It will deduct 50% off the refills making them $3.50. I know because I did the deal and now I feel I wasted my coupons and extracare bucks because of the 50% off sale. Do they look at the sale price? That is the only price listed. Do you think they will void the whole receipt out at CVS and I can start over and they will let me use the Extra Care bucks again?

shirin, the $5 off $20 coupon is available here. it does not list any regional restrictions about where it may be used. i’ve used this at my local cvs successfully.

You actually cannot do the Rite Aid scenario as listed here…the coupons in the ad are actually Manu. coupons, not RA ones. You can’t use two Manu. coupons on each item. HTHS.

Actually Teresa You can, because in the Rite Aid coupon policy it states that an In- Ad coupon (even if it says Manufacturer) and manufacturer coupon can be combined! HTH
