Is there any way for those of us who are still using dial-up and can’t access Video Values to get ahold of these coupons in another way?

Anyone know how much the 120 count package of Alli is at RA? Combining the $5/$20 Video Values Q, $10/1 Manu Q, and $5/1 Alli Video Values RA Q gives a total of $20 Off.

The do say that, but Rite Aid’s policy is to accept them as store coupons.

I was wondering what the rite aid policy is on printable coupons. I was told today that they only accept printable coupons from the rite aid website.

Laine, here’s a link to the official Rite Aid coupon policy as sent to me by one of their reps.

Today, I went into Rite Aid to use one manufacturer coupon and one Rite Aid Video coupon and was told that I can only use one. They told me that Rite Aid Video coupon are considered as manufacturer coupon. I called the 1800 number and was told the same exact thing! The first time I called, I thought the lady just didn’t know what she was talking about. I waited 30 minutes or so to call again. This time I spoke with a guy and was told the same thing. I was just wondering if you’ve ran into this problem in the past? If this was really true, that I can only use one ‘manufacturer’ coupon for a single item, then that is just sad.

That’s not what my Rite Aid contact told me, Jenny. I’ll pass your comment on to him. May I give him your email address?

    Sure thing!
I called a third time. The lady told me the same thing. She said that, the manufacturer paid Rite Aid to put up the coupons and although it does say RC in the barcode, it is still considered as manufacturer coupon. Thank you for helping me out!

I had the EXACT thing happen to me at 3 different Rite Aid stores in our small town. I even had the manager call his regional because I thought that you could stack the video value Rite Aid coupon w/ the manufacturer coupon. What’s the point of wasting my time to watch videos if we don’t actually get to use both coupons and I can just clip the other out of the paper without much thought?
