Yes, I just read the Rite Aid coupon policy and you can combine in-ad coupons with MC’s. Does anyone know if I will need to bring multiple copies of the in-ad coupons or will they scan it multiple times? I haven’t tried this at Rite Aid before. The in-ad coupons say “one per customer” so I’m thinking of bringing in extra copies. Anyone have experience with this?

@Nancy- You have to get multiple ads for multiple coupons.

I do see coupons that say Manf coupons. But the number starts with RC not 5 so aren’t they Rite Aid coupons & not truly a manf coupon ?

Alison, I feel your pain with CVS, I did the same thing last night and now I am wondering how in the world to redo it. I am like $4.00 short since it rang up 50% off and I assume you can only submit one receipt. I was wondering the same thing in regards to losing everything. Any help here would be appreciated.

I just found out on another website that they contacted J&J and they said that you can submit more than one receipt. You might want to call to confirm first though.

    Hello All,

I also called J&J Today. I asked about the multiple recipes like Alison and they said that was all right. However, it has to be $30 before coupons. The number is 1-888-638-5242 if anyone wants to confirm what I’ve said. The customer service representative said they decided that today. =(

Too bad…I already did the Cean and Clear/Roc deal at CVS. Hope they let me return it.

I also called today and was excited to hear we can use multiple receipts BUT it has to be $30 after coupons… so this doesn’t sound like a good deal after all.

Wow, I’m pretty surprised and disappointed to hear that Johnson & Johnson would make a decision like that after people have already started purchasing items toward this rebate. Clearly it was no accident that they published both the rebate and coupons on Coupons.com at the same time.

I’d encourage anyone that has already purchased items to call J&J to complain and if they don’t change their mind, I’d recommend returning any purchases made to this point.

I emailed j&j to ask them if this will be their policy. It seems they should have posted something so signficant on the rebate form itself, doesn’t it? At any rate, if they say no, I’ll make a PDF copy and send it to Tara so we will have it in writing. Thanks.

I just called and they said the $30 must be before tax and coupons so I am not doing it.

How would J&J know if you’re using their coupons because (ex: Walgreens) it will say mfg coupon -2.00 but it doesn’t say for what item. So I would just circle the purchase price of $5.79 and I think it should work.

Now I’m confused…is it $30 before or after coupons? Two people said before (which, I think, means $30 *before* deducting coupons, which would mean that it might be $15 or so after coupons) and one said after. Any final word on this? Maybe I should call to make sure…?

Angelina – the totals on my receipts are very low. I think that the subtotals on 3 of 4 are $0. So, my guess is that they could probably figure out that I used coupons.

I’m a little worried about this after coupons thing. I worked the products into my shopping trips this week so that I could save as much as possible and I paid for the rest with extra ECBs that I had…. so I only technically paid a few dollars.

Any idea if you have to have $10 remaining for a total purchase to receive the full $10 rebate? ;)

I got lucky at Rite Aid and ended up only paying $3.84 and wondered whether I will still be able to get the $10 (thus being a money maker or whether I should pick up some “filler” products next week to round out the total.

But, wouldn’t that “BEFORE” mean that using coupons was okay???

    Tara,
To whom would be write and complain? I already mailed mine off and according to his new “after coupon” asterisk, I don’t think I’ll get it. :(

    Hi Holly,
Did your total of $30 is before coupons or after using all the coupons and do you remember on which date you sent the rebate.

It was after coupons. I had made the purchase and something rang up 1/2 price and kept me from hitting 30 so I went the next day and explained what I was trying to do w/ the rebate so they returned everything and then rerang with the new item so it ended up 30. I just lucked up having to return and readd an item. I mailed it off right before the deadline.
