    I’m the only vegan in my family and enjoy treating my family and friends to some delicious vegan food over the holidays. For thanksgiving, I made a double-layer pumpkin cheesecake (that everyone devoured and was supersimple to make) from a recipe I found over at fat free vegan blog: https://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2007/11/double-layer-pumpkin-cheesecake.html. For Christmas, I’ll be making a delicious spinach-mushroom lasagne as well as an eggnog cheesecake. Recipes are all on the fat free vegan blog. Happy Holidays everyone!! :-)

    My favorite holiday dish is my moms cheesy potatoes. I must say we kind of stick to the traditional recipes for the holidays.

    I LOVE my grandma’s croisant rolls! Tried to make some on my own last year and they weren’t near as good. :)
