I love oogey-gooey fruit salads. I usually make vanilla pudding and fold in whipped cream, manadarin oranges, pinapple chunks, and bananas. Super easy and my family loves it!

It may sound corny, but my mom is the best cook in the world and I look to her for inspiration for my own cooking! She makes the best turkey and dressing and although mine doesn’t come close, it’s still better than most I’ve tasted because I learned from the best!!

Our favorite Christmas Day dinner is the one that we have every year. We go to the Scottish Butcher and buy all the fixin’s to make Steak Pie and Sausage Rolls. It’s becoming more and more expensive each year, but we just won’t do Christmas without them!!

Our favorite is my sweet potatoe casserole recipe. My family requests for me to make this dish on every holiday.
Alot of the recipes that I use come from a cookbook that my company put together about 15 years ago. Several of my associates put recipes into the cookbook that were given to them by their grandparents. I can’t help but treasure this cookbook.
