    We like to spend as much time outside as possible so we normally grill before the local parade and then do dinner over the fire-pit.

    My favorite thing to make for the 4th of July is guacamole and salsa. My family and friends look forward to it.

    We love to cut up watermelon and strawberries [red] along with blue-berries and take them along with us in the pontoon to the sand bar to enjoy with our family and friends.

    My favorite thing to make for the 4th is the strawberry jello flag poke cake with white chocolate icing.

    we always grill.. never the same thing.. this year will be more healthy since we have the new little one… maybe the baby artichokes.. YUM
