    I look forward to having ice-cold watermelon on July 4th because it always seems to be a scorcher of a day.

    We do the traditional American BBQ that day….hot dogs and hamburgers! But I always create something festive like red, white and blue rice crispy treats shaped into stars, or white chocolate dipped marshmellows on a stick with 4th of red, while and blue sprinkles, etc. LOVE THE 4TH OF JULY!

    I like to make ‘red white and blue coleslaw’. It is made wtih blue cheese. Very good!
