My son LOVES yogurt! I always put a yogurt in his Spiderman lunch box everyday! He likes to take raisins and put them in his yogurt and mix them around… Yum! I love to draw animations or cartoons, so once a week, I draw a Disney or Nickelodeon characters and put it in his lunch box!

First, I give him several healthy options and let him pick one healthy option, then a treat he really likes. I also like to cut up his sandwiches into bite size pieces (without the crust, of course). A love note from mom seals the deal!

I try to include a well-balanced, healthy lunch, but then I add a small treat, like a mini bag of skittles, or a starburst. And of course a note to let them know I love them!

I usually try to add some kind of fruit. I like to put notes in their lunch boxes every once in a while.
sathiya
just love the deal altogether. My treats are mostly wrapped inside an easter egg

My daughter likes to take the same thing everyday, PB & J. Not very much fun I have to say. I need to do better at shapes, notes, etc.
Pamela
I use a butterfly shaped cutter to cut my daughter’s sandwiches.
Kirsten
Wow……that’s a lot of comments! :)
I try to involve her in helping pick out what she wants. Working with her instead of forcing her works best. She enjoys having that choice, too.

I like to make my son’s lunches fun by surprising him with stuff like cutting his sandwich into different shapes or putting things in different shapes, etc.

I clean fruit and veggies and divide it up into snack bags so they are easy to grab and way more healthy than other things. I also put notes in my girls lunches and my youngest loves when I cut her sandwich into a “D”.

To make my kids lunch healthy and fun i use dips. My daugther loves to dip her food in any kind of sauce. Apples and carmel, carrots and ranch, celery and peanut butter. As long as she can dip it she will eat it.
